The one thing that the Loaf is a true traditional pub….heavy wooden beams, low ceilings, open fire, fantastic food and great award winning ales. We are very proud of our selection of cask ales and love to shout about them! So make sure that you pop in and give them a try, and if you’re not sure which one to have then just ask a member of the team, we will happily give you some advice…its what we’re here for!

It is great to also get recognition for real ales along with our support for local breweries. We pride ourselves on our well-maintained selection of real ales. We always like to keep our guest beers fresh and seasonal. So there will most likely be a new number on one of the pumps most times that you are in. It’s good to have new options…. it’s like going out for a meal…. it’s always nice to know that the menu you know and love is there but it’s also always good to have the “special’s board” for that bit of extra choice! It’s the same with our beers!!
