The May bank holiday is here and if the weatherman...
Monday to Sunday 11.00am – 11.00pm
The Cottage Loaf is every bit a traditional
country inn however it is sat right in the middle of a busy town. From the outside its old-fashioned style and its array
of colourful flowers and hanging baskets paint the perfect picture for a calming
escape from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. Step through the doors and be welcomed into
what you would only expect to find in the middle of the countryside….heavy
wooden beams, chunky wooden furniture, an open log fire and hints of fresh
homemade food floating through the air.
ENJOY A DRINK WITH US
We have a wide range of award winning cask ales along with a fine selection of lagers and ciders, combined with a carefully selected menu of world wines and a large choice of refreshing soft drinks. Our care and attention towards our cask ales has been recognised and has been awarded Cask Marque accreditation, we are also listed in the ‘Good Beer Guide’. If you’re not sure which ale to go for then just ask one of the team for some advice or a taster, they will happily oblige.
WORLD WINES
Our carefully selected wine list offers some great choices to compliment the delicious flavours of our menu along with some fantastic wines that are simply delectable to drink on their own. We have tried to choose a balanced range of wines as we appreciate that everyone's palate is different and therefore hopefully we have a wine to suit every taste.
